What types of products do you offer?

We make and sell modest fashion clothing, mainly abayas, which are handcrafted in the United Arab Emirates.

How to place an order?

- Select your products on www.nameera.fr
- Add them to the cart
- Enter your shipping and billing information
- Choose the carrier (Mondial Relay or Chronopost)
- Pay online (credit card or Paypal)
- Receive a confirmation email

What payment methods are accepted?

- Bank card (via secure platform)
- Paypal

What are the delivery times and collection options?

- Delivery to a collection point via Mondial Relay or Chronopost.
- The customer must pick up their package within the timeframe set by the carrier.
- In case of return to sender, a resend is possible (at your expense) or a refund excluding shipping costs.

Can I return a product or exercise my right of withdrawal?

- You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
- Condition: Brand new, unworn, unused, in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in case of Nameera's error or a defective product).
- The refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt and verification of the item.


Products excluded from the right of withdrawal:
- Used, damaged or incomplete products
- Products that can no longer be resold (dirty, damaged, mishandled)

How to care for the products?

- Hand wash or machine wash at 30°C max, delicate program.
- Use a mild detergent, without bleaching agents.
- Air dry (no dryer, no direct sunlight).
- Low temperature ironing with a damp cloth.
- Store in a dry place, away from friction.

What to do in case of a defective product?

- Contact us upon receipt of the package by sending photos and a description of the defect found.
- We analyze your request and propose a suitable solution (exchange, refund as appropriate).

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

- Check the package upon receipt.
- Report any damage to the carrier within the allotted time.
- Contact us: we will work together to find a solution.

What happens in case of a pre-order?

- Payment is required upon ordering.
- The manufacturing time is specified on the product sheet.
- If a delay exceeds 3 weeks, you can request a refund.
- Pre-order items are subject to the same return conditions as in-stock products.
